1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of 3D Camera Control at 3d-camera-control.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or use the service with legally valid authorization. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
2. Tools and availability
The service offers AI-assisted image angle, multi-view, pose, and camera movement tools. Features, models, limits, and supported outputs may vary. Marketing examples illustrate possibilities and do not guarantee that your input will produce the same result. Previewing an example is different from submitting a generation task.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials or circumvent account, credit, or security controls.
4. Your uploads and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize the processing, storage, transmission, and display needed to perform your requested tasks, deliver results, secure the service, and handle support. This permission does not transfer ownership of your inputs. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have permission to upload and process the material, including any necessary copyright, privacy, and likeness permissions. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without authorization.
5. AI outputs and permitted use
AI outputs may contain errors, distortions, or similarities to other content. Review results before publishing or using them commercially. Your use remains subject to applicable law and relevant third-party rights and provider terms. We do not promise unique outputs, copyright protection, or unrestricted commercial rights in all circumstances.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Review the price, currency, billing interval, credit allocation, and any expiry information before purchasing. Task costs depend on the selected settings and the amount shown for the task. Credits are service usage units, not currency.
Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing arrangement; it does not itself refund delivered credits. Once payment is completed and purchased credits are correctly delivered, purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. See the Refund Policy for billing errors and failed-task concerns.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use the service to:
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or likeness rights.
- Create unlawful, exploitative, fraudulent, or abusive material.
- Impersonate others deceptively or distribute non-consensual intimate content.
- Upload malicious code, bypass restrictions, or disrupt the service.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or payment information.
8. Changes and suspension
We may update tools and availability or restrict access to investigate abuse, address security issues, or comply with legal obligations. We will provide notice where required. Stopping access does not remove any mandatory rights relating to purchases or personal data.
9. Service limitations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for every purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.
10. Contact and updates
For support or disputes, contact support@3d-camera-control.com with sufficient information to investigate. These terms do not select an exclusive court or remove protections available under applicable law. We will update the date when the terms change and provide additional notice where required.
