Questions about plans, billing, credits, and refunds
What's the difference between the plans and credit packs?
Free includes limited daily usage. Starter and Pro are recurring subscriptions available with monthly or yearly billing. Starter includes 1,000 credits, and Pro includes 2,500 credits, along with the full paid feature set. Credit packs are one-time purchases: Basic Pack includes 500 credits and never expires, and Standard Pack includes 2,500 credits and never expires. Choose a subscription for regular usage, or a pack when you need extra credits without an ongoing plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your current paid period stays active until it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Once payment is completed and your credits are correctly delivered, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. For missing credits or incorrect charges, contact support@3d-camera-control.com with your order details.
How long are my credits valid?
Starter credits are valid for 30 days, and Pro credits are valid for 30 days. Basic Pack credits never expire, and Standard Pack credits never expire.
What happens when my credits expire?
Expired credits are removed from your available balance and can no longer be used for new generations. To avoid losing credits, please use them before the expiration date.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy another credit pack any time. If you have an active subscription, you can also keep using the product when new credits are added in your next subscription cycle.
