1. Credits delivered successfully
Once payment is completed and the purchased credits have been correctly added to your account, the purchase is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This applies to credit packs and credit allocations purchased through initial subscriptions or renewals. Unused credits, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the creative style of an otherwise functioning generation do not by themselves qualify for a refund.
2. Missing credits or billing errors
If you were charged but the credits were not correctly delivered, or you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, contact us. We will investigate the payment and credit records and resolve a confirmed issue, which may include correcting the credit allocation or refunding an erroneous charge as appropriate. Do not make a second purchase solely to resolve missing credits.
3. Failed generation tasks
A failed generation task is separate from a refund of the original purchase. If a task fails and you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, send us the task ID for review. Any correction to your credit balance is not a cash refund. AI outputs vary; a creative preference does not necessarily mean a task failed.
4. Canceling a subscription
Canceling renewal prevents future renewals once the cancellation takes effect; it does not automatically refund payments already made or convert delivered credits into cash. Check the billing period, cancellation status, and credit validity shown in your account and purchase details. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation controls.
5. Contact billing support
Email support@3d-camera-control.com and include:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order or transaction reference and payment date.
- A description of the missing credits, duplicate charge, or other issue.
- A task ID if the issue concerns generation.
Never include passwords or full card details. If a refund is due, its processing and arrival depend on the payment provider and payment method.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where a mandatory right applies, it takes priority over the general no-refund rule. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
